Need Area Description
––Instance of SU02–– This service package manages the authorization mechanisms to define roles, responsibilities and permissions for connected vehicle applications . This allows system administrators to establish operational environments where different connected vehicle system users may have different capabilities. For instance, some Mobile elements may be authorized to request signal priority, or some Centers may be permitted to use the geographic broadcast service, while those without those permissions would not.
